Senior Account Manager Residential (NY)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role is not entrylevel and requires a proven track record in outside sales. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for generating sales establishing and maintaining client and referral relationships and consistently hitting the established sales quotas. Target clients are UltraHigh Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) in the built/construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on revenuegenerating activities. Our team of Engineers Project Managers Installers Programmers and Service Technicians will handle the rest.
- Establish and maintain consistent sources of project referrals from Architects General Contractors Owners Representatives Interior Designers and other trades.
- Develop and maintain revenuegenerating relationships with UHNWIs ensuring their satisfaction and leveraging them for further referrals.
- Achieve an annual sales quota of $1.5M (Target $4M). You should have a proven track record of hitting these targets and thrive on the success of winning sales.
- Use our CRM (ConnectWise) to manage leads opportunities and activities and update them with probability close date and next steps.
- Determine the Scope of Work and ensure proposals align with client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales to UHNWI in the built/construction environment.
- Experience selling Audio & Video (A/V) Networking Lutron lighting & shading Crestron & Savant Control HighEnd Home Cinema and Audio.
- Experience selling to the built environment luxury sales or elitelevel products such as kitchens landscape architecture pools wine rooms and architectural finishes.
- From a residential or commercial technology integration firm.
- Experience as an Owners Representative Architectural Representative Outside Sales Representative for premium/elite brands of architectural products or Business Development for trades (electrical pools kitchens etc.).
- Must have experience in outside sales generating own leads and seeking new clients. This is not a retail position.
