We are looking for passionate UX minds who have expertise in visual design & design system management amongst other Ux skills with experience of 2-5 years. Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma or similar. Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user flows that meet the product's needs and vision. A decent grasp of user-centered design methods like A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis etc. Ability to communicate design processes, ideas clearly and effectiveness of solutions to teams and clients. Passion about resolving user pain points through great design. Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design applications. How your typical day at Fold Health looks like? Translating design research into wireframes, lo-fi or hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes, conducting A/B testing etc. Designing UX workflows for new features and enhancement along with design system management. Attending design feedback or design support calls & generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets based on problem context. Ensuring there is zero design debt between design system and created workflow UX. Creating design components, managing icon libraries, creating screen design guidelines, layout management etc Making prototypes and screens ready for smooth design hand-off between the development team by keeping design systems, components, templates up to date. Conducting weekly UX reviews.
