Managing communications taking and delivering messages and overseeing email correspondence
Note taking during meetings and sending out meeting briefs
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
Organizing digital files and updating as needed
Supporting staff members as needed
Assisting with tracking timelines and due dates
Requirements
Type: ContracttoHire fulltime or at least 2030 hours per week
Location: 100% onsite in El Segundo CA
Requirements:
Prefer 1 year business professional experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel
