Job Description
We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for both backend and frontend development including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (PHP HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript etc.) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen the color and font choices etc.). You should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.

- Designing and implementing new features and functionality
- Establishing and guiding the websites architecture Ensuring highperformance and availability and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Helping formulate an effective responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin Integrating data from various backend services and databases
- Working closely with frontend developers and customers to ensure an effective visually appealing and intuitive implementation
- Conducting website performance tests and troubleshooting content issues
- Conducting WordPress training with the client Monitoring the performance of the live website
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a similar field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery)
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL Experience with responsive and adaptive design Good understanding of RESTful web services and APIs Experience with Git and other version control systems
- Strong understanding of PHP backend development Experience with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug Experience with performance and security optimization Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
- Ability to manage projects Good communication skills
