Join Our Team as an Outpatient/Wellness Registered Dietitian with a 50% Remote Schedule!

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian seeking a rewarding opportunity RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in the outpatient/wellness setting for 25 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nutrition services emphasizing education and behavior change at community center location.
  
• Conduct nutritional assessments and offer recommendations to meet facility requirements.
  
• Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
  
• Educate patients and/or family members on nutritional needs.
  
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide staff education as needed.
  
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
  

Requirements:

• Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) registration.
  
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
