Job Description

We are hiring a Staff Nurse Surgical and Medical Ward in a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To be aware of the practices and policies set out by the Hospital and the Department of Health on safe administration.
- To work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive care.
- Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
- Maintain an ability to adapt to work in any clinical area of the hospital as needed.
- Develop an active role in the development and adherence to the rules procedures guidelines standard of practice and protocols of the institution.
- As soon as an issue happens report it via the appropriate channels.
- Assure that all records are appropriately and accurately maintained and distributed to the relevant staff by gathering evaluating and tracking them.
- Provide excellent evidencebased patient care while adhering to the NMBI scope of practice as a member of the nursing team.
Requirements
- Have a record on the NMBIs general division of the nurse registry.
- Possess a minimum of one years postregistration experience working in an acute hospital environment.
- Possess demonstrated clinical and professional aptitude
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Possess strong IT abilities and be able to use Microsoft products like Word Excel and PowerPoint among others.
- Proficiency in the English language is mandatory for this position.
