Job Description

Position: Telecaller
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Trichy
Salary:LPA

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide information about products or services and handle customer questions and concerns.
  • Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to team objectives and goals.
  • Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g. CRM software MS Office).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient and motivated.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (e.g. English Tamil Hindi).


Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away, ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
