Tasks

• Coordinate and oversee the deployment of workstations ensuring timely and accurate setup for endusers.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to understand workstation requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes configurations and inventory management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after workstation deployments to ensure minimal disruption.
• Manage and track the lifecycle of deployed workstations including upgrades repairs and decommissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
• 3 years of experience in workstation deployment or IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of networking data communications and wireless technologies
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
