Job Description


This is an onsite position.

Our client is a boutique law firm working with clients in some of the most exciting industries. They specialize in law across Intellectual Property Corporate Law Franchising Law and Litigation in technology artificial intelligence software biotechnology and more industries! They also work with companies big and small; established and some of the hottest startups!
  • Provide support to the current Financial Manager
  • Accurately input financial data into internal systems
  • Generate and process basic invoices
  • Manage and organize receipt data
  • Ensure expense reports are complete and accurate
  • Use Soluno software for bookkeeping and financial management
  • Collaborate with the internal team for smooth financial operations
  • Provide support for financial audits and compliance checks


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree in finance accounting or related field is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Previous experience with a document management system is ideal but not mandatory

2+ years of previous coordinator or customer success experience. Previous experience working in a B2B environment preferred. Experience relevant to client processes and providing exceptional client experiences. High level of business acumen and professionalism in dealing with clients and stakeholders. Experience within a legal environment is considered an asset. Ability to adapt to and learn new applications quickly, demonstrating strong technology savvy. Proven ability to challenge the norm and thrive in an innovative environment. Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous situations. Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities. Possesses a go-getter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects. Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks and responsibilities.
