Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide training support and guidance to sales representatives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and ensure an optimal stock of vehicles. Coordinate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with dealership policies procedures and regulatory requirements.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Japanese automotive market and vehicles.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Customerfocused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in MS Office and dealership management software.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred
