Key Responsibilities:
- Heat Load Calculation: Perform precise heat load calculations to ensure optimal HVAC system design and performance.
- Psychometric Chart: Utilize psychometric charts to analyse and improve HVAC system efficiency.
- Ducting Design: Design and implement effective ducting systems tailored for pharmaceutical and food industry applications.
- High Site Machineries for HVAC: Work with and design systems involving chillers air handling units mechanical piping pumps DX compressors and variable refrigerant flow systems.
- AUTO CAD Proficiency: Create detailed HVAC design plans and drawings using AUTO CAD.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HVAC systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all HVAC designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in HVAC design particularly for pharmaceutical or food industry applications.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Heat Load Calculation and Psychometric Chart analysis.
- Strong knowledge of AUTO CAD for designing HVAC systems.
- Expertise in Ducting Design.
- Familiarity with high site machineries for HVAC including chillers air handling units mechanical piping pumps DX compressors and variable refrigerant flow systems.
