Responsibilities:
Collaborating with our digital stakeholders to define KPIs reporting requirements and overall measurement strategy for our digital web App and mobile customer journeys
Proactively engage with senior stakeholders in business innovate and identify new ways of improving processes and create value from data and analyticsdriven digital products.
Implement tracking using GA4 and GTM tag management software
Manage data layer across the organization s websites and mobile applications that follow best practices.
Query data using SQL in Google BigQuery and visualize using Google Data Studio and Tableau.
MarTech implementations across different touchpoints.
Analyze trends and report data to provide recommendations.
Creating managing and enforcing digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis.
Create and maintain requirements documents and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree required.
5 years experience in digital web design digital marketing analytics or related fields.
3 years experience working with Adobe Analytics and Tealium with a strong understanding of digital analytics tagging best practices and building data visualizations.
