Senior Project Manager

• It is a client facing Project Manager role who can front end with our customers understand their business needs transform it to an executable delivery plan and then coordinate internally with other cross functional team to deliver customized Wellthy products to meet customer needs.
  
• Ability to lead projects from requirements definition through deployment identifying schedules scopes budget estimations and implementation plans including risk monitoring and mitigations.
  
• Ability to collect and analyse project metrics and prepare status reports should be able to present the same to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Ability to monitor scope schedule and budget to ensure that project requirements are met in defined timelines and budget.
  
• Ability to develop relationships with client stakeholders to ensure high CSAT revenue growth and seamless communication channels.
  

Requirements

Program/project management of key initiatives across Wellthy function which can be technologyled processled or operationsled.

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

Lead and inspire crossfunctional remote diverse teams to effectively establish the capability management function

Structure and manage integrated databases for all projects

Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan

Demonstrate Customer Success evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer builds strong customer relationships creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives

Change oriented actively generates process improvements champions and drives change initiatives confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly

Manage the daytoday activities across cross functional organization in support of driving technology capability building and partner project activities additionally trouble shooting problems that come up during daytoday operations.

Responsible for collating success measures and supporting the operational KPI collation.

Consistently track report and review progress to the Wellthy leadership team steering group and relevant Stakeholders.

Leading project meetings/governance calls for each project with external or internal stakeholders.

5 years of overall experience in Program/Project Management with good understanding of SDLC and Development methodologies like Agile waterfall etc.

Must have experience in executing IT projects in Lifesciences or Insurance domain.

Hands on experience with Project Management tools and applications such as Asana Jira Confluence etc.
