IT and System Admin

We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT and System Admin to join our dynamic team in the Philippines / Thailand / Malaysia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and supporting various software engineering tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of Zoho Notion AWS Cloud IAM / IAM Identity Center Google Workspace Admin Microsoft Azure Admin and cost management for cloud and IT resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:
   

1. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
   

2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms.
   

3. Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls and antivirus programs.
   

2. Cloud Administration:
   

1. Manage and configure AWS Cloud IAM / IAM Identity Center to ensure secure and efficient access control.
   

2. Administer Microsoft Azure resources including virtual machines storage accounts and network configurations.
   

3. Oversee Google Workspace Admin tasks including user management security settings and application integration.
   

3. Zoho & Notion Administration:
   

1. Configure and maintain Zoho and Notion applications to support business operations.
   

2. Provide technical support for Zoho users resolving any issues that arise.
   

3. Develop and implement workflows and automation within the Zoho ecosystem.
   

4. System Security and Compliance:
   

1. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
   

2. Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates.
   

3. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
   

5. Cost Monitoring and Analysis:
   

1. Monitor cloud costs and other IT expenses to ensure they remain within budget.
   

2. Analyse spending patterns and identify costsaving opportunities.
   

3. Generate reports on cost performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization
   

6. Cost Reduction Strategies:
   

1. Implement best practices for cost management including right sizing of resources using costeffective storage solutions and optimising software license usage.
   

2. Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing for IT services and products
   

3. Explore alternative solutions to reduce overall IT expenditure without compromising performance or security.
   

Requirements

Skills:

• Proficiency in Zoho applications and administration.
  

• Strong experience with AWS Cloud IAM / IAM Identity Center.
  

• Competence in Google Workspace Admin tasks and management.
  

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Admin and cloud resource management.
  

• Solid understanding of network and system security principles.
  

• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Familiarity with software development processes and tools is a plus.
  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present cost analysis data.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  

• 13 years of experience in IT administration system administration or a similar role.
  

• Relevant certifications in AWS Azure Google Workspace or Zoho are a plus.
  

• Experience in cost monitoring analysis and reduction strategies for cloud and IT resources.
