We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field IT Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service in the IT sector. This role requires a strong understanding of IT products and services excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.


Responsibilities


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting networking and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and negotiations with potential clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and followup to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of the company s IT products and services with a focus on firewalls servers storage solutions cyber security product solutions SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) and SDWAN (SoftwareDefined Wide Area Network).
  • Stay updated with industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers providing expert guidance and recommendations on firewalls servers storage cyber security SASE and SDWAN solutions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings training sessions and team activities.

Travel:

  • Travel to customer sites trade shows and industry events as required to build relationships and promote product


Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales field sales or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
