Job Description
Our respected Client a leading European real estate investment development and management company is seeking an accomplished professional to fill the Head of Product Design role for their large and growing Czech business.

About the Position:
- The Head of Product Design will be based in Prague and will lead the design process ensuring effectiveness value engineering and highquality standards across logistics industrial residential (PRS) student housing office spaces and hubs;
- This role requires a visionary yet handson leader to drive the conceptual design of various real estate assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Design Leadership: Lead the conceptual design of various real estate assets including logistics industrial residential (PRS) student housing office spaces and hubs.
- Value Engineering Focus: Focus on value engineering and effectiveness ensuring designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and costefficient.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design process from initial concept through to completion handling both largescale industrial projects and smaller residential developments.
- Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to integrate sustainable and innovative design solutions.
- Standards Development: Develop and implement design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality across all projects.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and lead a team of design professionals developing a creative and productive work environment.
- Industry Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of architectural and design innovation.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Design or a related field;
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in a senior design role preferably as Head of Design or a similar position within a developer or architectural company;
- Portfolio Excellence: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in conceptual design and value engineering across various asset classes;
- Asset Versatility: Ability to handle a diverse range of assets from large industrial and logistics projects to smallscale residential and office developments;
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Visionary Mindset: Visionary mindset with a practical handson approach to design;
- Communication Proficiency: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders;
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Czech other Central and Eastern European languages are a plus.
