Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to guide production processes.
- Implement and follow established manufacturing procedures.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Provide support and guidance to the production team as needed.
Skills:
- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Knowledgeable in various manufacturing procedures.
- Skilled in the usage and maintenance of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Additional Requirements:
- Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
