What you will be doing: Maintenance Mechanic

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment
• Work with equipment including hydraulic pumps cylinders motors pneumatic tools conveyor systems and aluminum extrusion production machines

Experience you will need: Maintenance Mechanic

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years maintenance manufacturing experience including heavy equipment repair
• Minimum of 3 years in troubleshooting of complex manufacturing machinery including hydraulics pneumatic PLC
• Ability to read and interpret electrical pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
• Reading and interpreting hydraulic schematic basic electric electronic and OHM laws
• Trade school certification or Associates degree preferred
• Knowledge of AC & DC drives
• Basic knowledge of routine maintenance on hydraulic systems such as Oil Gear Rex Roth Racine Vickers etc.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical including advanced electrical (three phase 460 volt and higher) design sizing of components and installations
