We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our international recruitment team. In this role you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of top talent. across various industries and locations globally.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit highly skilled candidates internationally for client companies across multiple sectors including technology finance healthcare and more
Utilize various recruiting strategies such as online job boards social media networking events employee referrals and creative sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates
Conduct comprehensive screening of applicants through resume reviews phone interviews and video interviews
Manage full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
Provide a positive candidate experience through continuous communication and feedback
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and hiring standards across various countries
Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as timetofill candidate sources and diversity metrics.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
23 years of experience in international/global talent acquisition or recruitment
Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent internationally
Ability to navigate cultural differences and recruit across diverse backgrounds
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
Strategic sourcing expertise leveraging various sourcing channels
High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage highvolume roles
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment/talent analytic
