Sales Development Representative (SDR) Inside Sales
Our client is a growing Seattle based Custom Software developer and SaaS startup. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect into new accounts and secure sales meetings for Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a passion for technology eager to make an immediate positive impact on the sales team. As the first SDR in the organization this is a figure out how to make things better and more efficient sort of position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop outbound prospecting strategy
- Leverage CRM system to manage sales activity.
- Provide reports on leads and sales activity.
- Meet or exceed monthly meetings quota
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of sales or lead generation experience preferred but not required
- Bachelor s degree
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Competitive and goal oriented personality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and general CRM experience.
