Job Description
Plan production and dispatches on a daily weekly and monthly basis according to forecast/budget
Ensure line efficiencies wastage control and adherence to Quality Norms
Facilitate OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Adhere to preventive maintenance plans
Conduct the annual line budgeting exercise
Adherence and implementation of all applicable statutory compliances for bottling of products
Facilitate manufacturing excellence and ensure adherence to all SOPs
Ensure team management & development
Bachelors of Engineering or related discipline 12+ years of working experience within the Bottling/Packaging Industry Experience within the manufacturing excellence environment Knowledge of World-Class Manufacturing practice Good understanding of ERP Systems especially SAP
