Job Description
This is a remote position.
Are you passionate about travel Do you dream of helping others create unforgettable trips We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Travel Specialist to join our team in the Leisure Travel & Tourism industry. As a Travel Specialist you will assist clients in planning their perfect vacations handling all aspects of their travel arrangements from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences budget and special requirements
Research and recommend destinations accommodations and activities based on client needs
Create detailed itineraries and travel packages tailored to individual client preferences
Book flights hotels rental cars and other travel arrangements for clients Coordinate with airlines hotels and other travel suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences
Provide excellent customer service before during and after clients trips
Handle any travelrelated issues or emergencies that may arise Requirements
Experience in the travel industry preferably as a Travel Agent or Consultant (Not required)
Extensive knowledge of popular travel destinations including their attractions accommodations and local customs
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays when necessary
