Job Description
What you will be doing:
Develop sales strategies
Conduct market research leverage network
Identify and acquire new customers
Develop marketing collateral
Generate prospect funnel
Negotiate contracts
Managing client relationships
Account management
Provide regular sales forecasts reports and updates to management highlighting progress challenges and opportunities
Collaborate with the team to drive revenue growth
Achieve sales targets
Experience you will need:
5 plus years of Experience in selling Control Automation and Engineering Services (PLC HMI SCADA Electrical) in the North American Sub Continent
Knowledge of Industrial Automation products such as DCS Robotics PLC SCADA systems
Proven ability to achieve goals in a fastpaced high growth environment
Experience across the entire sales cycle
Experience in team/people dynamics project management in Outsourcing/Offshoring business model
Willingness to travel ability to work independently selfmotivated and resultsdriven
Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with Salesforce
Degree in Instrumentation Electrical and Mechatronics
PostGraduate with specialization in Management/Business
