ERP Pre-Sales Manager IT Consulting-based Company

Open position: ERP PreSales Manager (IT Consultingbased Company)

Key responsibilities include:

• Works with sales management to fully qualify and manage the delivery of PreSales Proof of Concept/Value engagements
  
• Makes decisions for team in support of company goals and objectives; referring to upper management on major issues
  
• Directly manages day to day activities of presales staff and sales support activities
  
• Ensures presales team participation in activities that provide a strong transition to postsales process and customer adoption
  
• Provide formal oral and written feedback to your team members during semiannual performance management reviews
  
• Responsible for the growth and motivation of team members based on defined development plans
  
• Monitor the development activities for your team members toward their industry and solution learning goals
  
• Prior experience in having led as a program / project manager or worked as a team lead in SAP project implementations
  
• A team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
