Platform Solution Consultant

• Assist with all stages of the platform solution design from specification refinement to partial or complete ownership of the platform solution by providing comprehensive platform solutions and service knowledge of international products.
  
• Ensure accuracy and propose alternative solutions by conducting thorough analyses that includes feasibility study and risk assessments to prioritize deliverables effectively.
  
• Ensure solutions are tailored and relevant by understanding and integrate client needs into strategic plans that aligns with the company and client requirements.
  
• Ensure projects stay aligned with strategic objectives by monitoring highlevel implementation project and business service plans.
  
• Assist in handling negotiations with clients and provide strategic business direction to secure and finalize agreements. Ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals and client expectations.
  
• Develop desired solutions by working closely with business technical and enduser teams.
  
• Evaluate and validate systems requirements to confirm fulfil business needs that contributing to overall integrity of the solution.
  
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on complex projects providing guidance on requirements analysis and customer and system impacts.
  
• Engage in clientfacing and internal team meetings to determine effective solutions and addressing and resolve complex issues leverage the specialized knowledge and experience.
  
  
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science MIS Business Finance or any related field.
  
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in the financial services industry or IT industry. Preferably in payment system industry.
  
• Proficiency in application development methods and the software development lifecycle with a preference for experience in banking/payment applications.
  
• Proven ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders including Clevel executives.
  
• Experience working in fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  
• Excellent in both verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• The ability to quickly learn new technologies and manage tasks and situations of varying complexity and risk.
  
• Willingness to travel as needed in the future.
  
• Flexibility to work irregular hours with clients and teams across different time zones when required.
