Job Description

The Implementation Managers job is to oversee and manage postsales activities to ensure the successful deployment and integration of the company s products and services. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate the implementation process address any issues that arise and ensure a smooth transition from sales to operational use. The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in achieving high customer satisfaction and fostering longterm relationships.

Being part of a strategic and customerfocused team the Implementation Manager must have strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to problemsolving and a deep understanding of the company s products and services.


Key Responsipibilites:
  • Leading and managing the implementation process for new clients and projects.
  • Coordinating with clients to gather requirements and develop detailed implementation plans.
  • Working closely with internal teams including sales product development and support to ensure successful deployment of products and services.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
  • Providing training and support to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use the company s products and services.
  • Conducting postimplementation reviews to assess the success of the deployment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting and communicating project status risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in implementation management.



Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation management project management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful product and service deployments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor s degree in business project management information technology or a related field.
  • Certification in project management (PMP PRINCE2 or similar) is a plus.
