Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the academic and administrative head ensuring compliance with CBSE bylaws and educational standards
  
• Oversee teacher evaluations student discipline and overall school management
  
• Maintain a balanced approach to leadership fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth
  
• Develop and implement pedagogical plans and strategies in collaboration with faculty
  
• Manage school finances including budgeting purchasing and maintenance of accounts
  
• Supervise the recruitment development and performance of teaching and nonteaching staff
  
• Ensure the safety and maintenance of school facilities and property
  
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among staff

Qualifications:
