We are seeking National Service Scheme (NSS) personnel who will support sales marketing HR functions executive assistance and operations.
Sales Personnel: Key responsibilities
- Prospecting for new clients.
- Prepare presentations and sales materials to support sales pitches.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer inquiries.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Contribute to sales reports and data analysis (may involve training).
- Perform other salesrelated duties as assigned.
Marketing Personnel: Key responsibilities
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital social media print etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create engaging content (written visual) for marketing materials and social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence including content creation scheduling and community engagement.
- Assist with event planning and execution (may involve logistics and vendor coordination).
- Analyze marketing data and report on campaign performance.
- Perform other marketingrelated duties as assigned.
HR Person: Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding new employees including paperwork processing and orientation.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle data entry.
- Assist with employee engagement activities such as happy hours.
- Assist with HR analytics and training assessments.
- Draft and distribute internal communications related to HR activities.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on HRrelated topics.
- Perform other HRrelated duties as assigned.
Executive Assistant: Key responsibilities
- Manage the executives calendar scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations reports and other documents as needed.
- Respond to emails phone calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an organized filing system for physical and digital documents.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively offer support.
- Support the CEO with training events.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Administrator/ Operations Personnel: Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments managing calendars and handling travel arrangements.
- Process paperwork maintain accurate records and ensure efficient filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirement/Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a National Service program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Business Administration Marketing and Sales Human Resource Management Communications or related courses.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Positive attitude professionalism and a willingness to learn.
Currently enrolled in a National Service program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Human Resource Management, Communications or related courses. Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
