Rust Belt Resources has partnered with a large but growing company with headquarters in Pittsburgh on a Payroll Accountant to join their expanding team. The ideal person with have more than 1 year of experience of general accounting related experience with strong attention to detail. Experience with ADP or Kronos would be considered a plus.
The top skills/duties for this role include:
- Prepare and process payroll for weekly and biweekly employees.
- Determine and correct outofbalance conditions to ensure accurate payroll entries.
- Process MultiState Union Hourly and Salary payroll utilizing ADP software.
- Communication with company offices and divisions to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of payroll.
- Input time material and expenses into appropriate software system.
- Process bank transactions Paycard funding and direct deposit reversals.
- Proactively research and resolve issues that arrive by reviewing timecards communicating with employees and following up with specific offices.
- Analyze and reconcile payroll reports and work with accounting department to resolve outofbalance reconciliations.
The Payroll team works in a team environment and help each other as needed.
