Senior Content Writer - SaaS

This is a remote position.

• Develop SEOfirst and infographiccentric content including blogs case studies landing pages product tutorials etc.
  

• Craft and refine content that makes complex SaaS solutions easy to understand and engaging in an everyman archetype.
  

• Produce compelling thought leadership content that positions MyOperator as an industry leader.
  

• Optimize existing content by liaising with the SEO team to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  

• Identify trending topics and industry developments to propose new content strategies.
  

• Perform thorough research on industryrelated topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  

• Analyze content performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
  

• Work closely with product sales and customer success teams to understand product features customer pain points and market trends.
  

• Liaise with the design team to produce multiformat content.
  

Requirements

• Experience:
  

• A minimum of 35 years of content writing experience specifically within the SaaS industry.
  

• Proven track record of creating highquality content that drives engagement and conversions. (A before and after blog traffic analysis is a must)
  

• Skills:
  

• Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear userfriendly content.
  

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  

• Strong research skills and ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
