The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the placement process for our clients and partners. You will be responsible for coordinating placements maintaining relationships with stakeholders and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the endtoend placement process including candidate shortlisting interview scheduling and offer finalization.
Act as the primary point of contact for students employers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Maintain and update the placement database with candidate information job postings and employer details.
Generate regular reports on placement statistics success rates and areas for improvement.
Organize and oversee placement events such as job fairs recruitment drives and networking events.
Compliance: Ensure all placement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Identify opportunities to enhance the placement process and implement best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in placement operations recruitment or a related field.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and placement management software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fastpaced environment.
