Shop Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
  
• Assist customers in selecting perfumes and makeup products that suit their preferences and needs.
  
• Provide detailed information on product ingredients benefits and usage tips.
  
• Offer product samples and assist customers in testing perfumes and makeup.
  

Sales

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling.
  
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  

Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest perfume trends new arrivals and special promotions.
  
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is clean organized and visually appealing.
  
• Arrange and restock shelves displays and testers regularly.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Store Manager.
  

Operational Support:

• Assist in receiving and unpacking shipments.
  
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and participate in stocktaking activities.
  
• Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail especially in the fragrance or beauty industry is preferred.
  

Requirements

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
  
• Knowledge of perfume products and fragrance families is a plus.
  
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
