Job Description
We are looking for ambitious and result oriented individuals to join our team at PCL as a Research Analyst. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the management team to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and innovative ideas.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand industry trends and consumer behaviour.
- Business Planning: Assist in creating and refining business plans including market positioning and revenue generation strategies.
- Operational Support: Support the execution of operational tasks and projects ensuring efficient business operations.
- Team Participation: Participate in crossfunctional team meetings contributing creative ideas and solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver presentations reports and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultural Contribution: Help foster a culture of innovation creativity and continuous improvement.
- Technological Integration: Utilize the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT Google Bard and Stable Diffusion.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel R Python etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
