Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manteca City Center is seeking a Weekend Front Desk Agent to join our team of professionals in an established hotel property. Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for making the first impression and setting a standard of excellence for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who needs a parttime weekend job a peopleperson who enjoys connecting with our customers and possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills. The hours for this position are 2:00 PM10:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday with opportunity for advancement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and an efficient checkin/checkout process
- Assist guests with reservations inquiries and any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Meeting room setup
- Basic administrative tasks
- Work as a team and communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service
- Receive guest payments and process transactions as outlined in the cash and charge procedures as needed
- May assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detailoriented and organized with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about people and service
- Ability to pleasantly and professionally communicate when interacting with guests and employees
- Ability to work late afternoon/evening shifts on weekends
