Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.
The Senior Business Development Associate needs to wear a blazer welldressed and look very professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during video calls.
Close sales and achieve weeklymonthly quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through video interactions addressing their queries and concerns. We believe in hiring partners rather than just employees.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients during video calls.
Continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategies through selfimprovement initiatives and training sessions.
Looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges with a strong sense of determination and motivation

Requirements

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year experience in video calling sales.
Strong communication negotiation excellent analytical problemsolving skills and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and software.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
