Description:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Prepare and present sales proposals negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
Proven track record in field sales with a minimum of 25 years of experience in industries such as real estate financial services education insurance or similar sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a fastchanging environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
