As we continue to expand our reach in the German market we are seeking a talented Marketing Advisor who is fluent in German to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and ensuring our brand message resonates with our Germanspeaking audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the German market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Create engaging and culturally relevant content for various marketing channels including digital print and social media.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with the latest marketing trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Adapt global marketing initiatives to resonate with the German market and ensure cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (native or bilingual proficiency) is a must.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with the broader team.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of the German market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. SEO SEM social media email marketing).
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and an ability to think strategically.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
