Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and driven Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our Lisbon team. This critical role involves reviewing and moderating usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with community standards and policies. As a Content Moderator you will be integral in maintaining a safe and enjoyable online space for users while gaining valuable experience in a fastpaced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review and Moderation:
  • Carefully review and moderate usergenerated content including text images and videos in Dutch.
  • Ensure all content complies with established community guidelines and policies.
  • Identify flag and escalate content that breaches guidelines or poses potential risks.
• Feedback and Reporting:
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to content creators regarding community standards and moderation decisions.
  • Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and decisions for reporting purposes.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to develop and refine content policies and procedures.
• Community Engagement:
  • Engage with the online community to promote a positive and safe user experience.
  • Respond to user inquiries and concerns related to content moderation professionally and promptly.
  • Participate in communitybuilding initiatives and projects as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on changes in content policies industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the moderation process by sharing insights and suggestions.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:
  • Native or fluent in Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) to effectively communicate with the team and management.

  • Strong ability to identify and address content that violates community guidelines.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick informed decisions.
• Work Ethic:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive content.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online community dynamics is advantageous.
