Job Description

WRK digital are partnering a global logistics organisation to secure an experienced Change Manager as they embark on a significant period of business transformation.

The Change Manager will be leading on three key areas and demonstrable experience will be required given the criticality of the initiative; Comms Management and Delivery, Change Impact Assessment, End User Training.


You will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for engaging stakeholders in a positive and collaborative manner. You will partner with Global Process Owners, Super Users, senior business stakeholders and work in an engaging and delivery focused colleague environment

Experience;
- Creating, Elevating and Delivering a global communication plan
- Creating and coordinating the delivery of a complex Training Plan across global stakeholders
- Managing and assessing the change impact requests against scope and a keen focus on business outcomes and deliverable objectives
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills in a federated deliver environment, ideally with international stakeholders

This role is based in Leeds, Yorkshire and you will need to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
