Job Description:

We are currently looking for a detailoriented and proactive Dutch Speaking Content Reviewer to join our Lisbon team. In this crucial role you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing usergenerated content to ensure it meets our clients community guidelines and standards. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining a positive and secure online environment for users. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review and Assessment:
  • Meticulously review and assess usergenerated content including text images and videos in Dutch.
  • Ensure all content adheres to established community guidelines and policies.
  • Identify flag and escalate content that breaches guidelines or poses potential risks.
• Feedback and Documentation:
  • Provide precise and constructive feedback to content creators about community standards and review decisions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of review activities and decisions for reporting and analysis.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to develop and refine content policies and procedures.
• User Interaction:
  • Engage with the online community to foster a positive and safe user experience.
  • Address user inquiries and concerns related to content reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in communitybuilding initiatives and projects as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed about changes in content policies industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the review process by sharing insights and suggestions.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills:
  • Native or fluent in Dutch with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) to effectively communicate with the team and management.

  • Strong ability to identify and address content that violates community guidelines.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick informed decisions.
• Work Ethic:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive content.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in content reviewing moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online community dynamics is advantageous.
