Job Description

We are looking for a Business Developerto join the team inBarcelonawho will play a key role in expanding the B2B business vertical across the Italian marketwhile building solid relationships with new and existing clients.

In this position you will work withPedro MiquelandAlain Mlanao among other team members.

Your Responsibilities in this role:

  1. Selling and advising on our innovative services to IT companies and IT recruitment agencies.

  2. Supporting the development of sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition.

  3. Developing a portfolio of prospects through different sources and following up.

  4. Managing the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to finalising and closing the deal.

  5. Analyzing and understanding the clients needs and proposing appropriate solutions.

  6. Negotiating contracts with clients.

  7. Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions.

  8. Liaising and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of services provided.

  9. Participating in online and offline events.

  10. Ensuring the quality of clients and consultants experiences and the outreach of Hightekers in the B2B market.

What you bring to the role and the team:

Required:

  1. Must be fluent in written and spoken Italian and English

  2. Previous experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.

  3. Experience in a related industry (umbrella EOR or recruitment agency).

  4. Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  5. Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Strong cando attitude and a salesdriven approach with good time management skills.

  7. Strong problemsolving skills.

  8. Proficient in conflict management and resolution.

  9. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team.

Valuable:

  1. Fluency in another European language mainly Spanish or French

  2. Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to advance into a management position.
