Preferred experience :

Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and nontechnical stakeholders facilitating debates and driving decisions on appropriate solutions.
Demonstration of strong project management skills including financial management and change management.

Required technical skills :

Working knowledge of Programme Management e.g. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Prince2 and agile project management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of both Workplace and IT components of all projects.

Other skills or abilities desired :

Computer literate able to quickly and efficiently use a wide range of common Office software including Word Excel Project and Power Point).
At ease with working in English with contacts on all continents Interpersonal skills Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritisation and a pragmatic approach.
Ability to cope in a technically complex and fastchanging environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadlinedriven situation.
Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
Good team player selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative.

Mission description: Coordination of IT tasks related to Workplace projects starting with the move to Majunga Tower in France

Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure the success of Workplace projects
Manage on a daytoday basis the IT part of Workplace projects
Support Service Management team for IT Workplace topics

Requested deliverables :

Driving projects through to implementation.
Tracking record of delivering IT infrastructure projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment specifically that required to support multiple business projects.
Managing procurement and financial dimensions of those projects.
