Accurately enter data into our company database
Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
Organize and maintain physical and digital records
Communicate with other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient computer skills including data entry and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not required
