Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (Java) focusing on mainly handson in Java programming language to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable reliable and highperformance backend services. You will be responsible for serverside web application logic and integration of the frontend part.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Manage cuttingedge technologies to improve legacy applications
• Collaborate with Frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Provide training and support to internal teams
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers designers and system administrators to identify new features
• Follow emerging technologies

Qualifications

This is an NONmanagerial role which requires:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• 10 year of experience in professional software development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Senior Java Developer.
• Experience in fullstack engineering would be a plus
• Experience in the banking domain is a must
• Indepth understanding of the entire web development process (design development and deployment)
• Handson experience with Java SpringBoot Microservices

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good problemsolving skills
• Attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Backend as a Service (BaaS) is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS Google Cloud etc.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker Kubernetes etc.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning
