Job Description

Job Summary

The Area Sales Head is responsible for overseeing all the sales management teams within territory. S/he is responsible for planning strategizing and conceptualizing programs activities and events with the purpose of producing sales and keeping the productivity of all its sellers within the acceptable standards of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Management Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Oversees the management of both organic and nonorganic group in the sales department.
  • Ensures completion of manpower complement as per organizational structure.
  • Conducts regular evaluation of performance of direct down lines in line with their respective targets whether in terms of sales delivery or task at hand.

Sales Management Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and achieve sales target.

  • Formulates strategic sales plans and ensures implementation thereof to achieve targets of sales and or recover variances thereof.
  • Formulates and recommends strategies for buyers and sellers in forms of promos and incentives.
  • Implements sales policies and guidelines for efficient and effective sales management.
  • Optimized market mixes relative and identified roadmap to achieve the sales target.

Administrative

  • Monitors sales revenue and expenses to create realistic forecasts for the management team.

Budget Management

  • Participates in the preparation of sales and marketing budget in relation to sales plans and ensure meeting of standard costefficiency.

Monitoring

a) monthly and year to date sales its variances and achievements

b) implementation of sales activities/events

c) cost of each activity in relation to its sales achievement.

  • Observes companys brand and identify trends to create market forecast to further enhance the sales and marketing of the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any business administration courses
  • With at least more than 10 years of experience in a sales position within a fastpaced environment
  • Licensure as a real estate broker
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Financial sales and marketing management skills
