Who We Need: Engagement Manager

Decision Inc is looking for an Engagement Manager to join our Automated Digital Applications Team. The role will hold a pivotal position in driving transformative change for our clients.

The primary responsibility will be to own and nurture key client relationships within the division. This will facilitate the growth of immediate and crossdivisional teams fostering demand and engagement. Close collaboration with leadership will be integral in contributing to the attainment of divisional commercial objectives.

The impact of this role will extend beyond the scope of client relationships. In synergy with the delivery team exceptional performance and client satisfaction will be ensured. The role will provide leadership that steers the Automated Digital Applications team towards a culture of excellence establishing elevated standards and offering mentorship.

A diverse spectrum of responsibilities will characterize this role. Contribution to scoping proposals and presentations from a sales perspective will be central along with the management of resources and operational planning. This active participation places the role at the forefront of driving success.

What Will You Do

Key Responsibility:

• Manage key divisional client relationships and stimulate growth in the assigned client base fostering immediate team and crossdivisional demand
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve divisional commercial goals.
• Ensure outstanding inclient performance through effective collaboration with the delivery team
• Develop high performing Automated Digital Applications teams and cultivate a culture of excellence
• Assist in scoping salesoriented proposals presentations and resource management
• Address client issues and contribute to operational planning

Who Do You Need to Be

• Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a management role
• Demonstrate expertise within a consulting service environment
• Showcase strong problemsolving and effective communication skills
• Have knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including D365 SharePoint and bespoke solution development
• Identify client challenges and drive opportunities for improvement and value
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to business users and bridge business requirements for technical teams
• Cultivate robust relationships with teams and clients showcasing planning and organizational prowess
• Exhibit passion and ambition aligned with the companys strategic plan.
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements timelines technical limitations scope change impact
