Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for developing customizing and maintaining our Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.
• Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforces suite of tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules data validation and triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into the existing system.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL SOQL and SOSL.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
