Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Are you looking for a new challenge in Workforce Optimization We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workforce Optimization Assistant Manager to join our team in Mosta Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and optimize workforce management strategies

Analyze data and metrics to improve operational efficiency

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements

Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational performance

Requirements:

Fluent in English

Previous experience in Workforce Optimization

Strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
