We are looking for a Prague-based DevOps Azure/Team Lead to join our client team in logistics domain. You will be working at a cutting-edge contactless delivery startup developing an open platform to seamlessly connect freight recipients with shippers, regardless of carrier.

We are part of a renowned software development group providing cutting edge solutions for various industries including large enterprises. We are committed to working closely with local governments and property owners to ensure residents have access to a wide range of delivery services where they live and work. We are currently building a new team on the ground to work towards this end.

You have:
- Azure DevOps: Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing daily tasks, including code review and sprint planning.
- Version Control: Strong understanding of Git and its applications in code management.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in two-week sprint planning.
- Code Review: Commitment to thorough code review processes for long-term maintainability.
- Languages: Czech language skills are advantageous; English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level is required.
What to do:
- Lead a team of developers, overseeing their daily activities and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for task management, code review, and sprint planning.
- Participate in sprint planning and contribute to technical specifications.
- Facilitate a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting team members' professional growth and development.
