We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 1 Helpdesk Tech for an initial 3month project with the possibility of a 3month extension. This remote role begins on July 15th with training provided in the first 2 days to familiarize you with the client’s systems and documentation library. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for user support
Assist staff with password or login problems
Troubleshoot device and software issues on Chromebook devices
Utilize record and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
Knowledge of Chrome OS and Chromebooks
Familiarity with Google Docs
Ability to install maintain and configure computers and peripherals
High School Diploma GED or associate’s degree
Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
